IT Support Analyst


Our client, a leading global supplier of products, services, and solutions that measure, analyze, control, automate, and improve process-related operations we are seeking to recruit IT Support Analyst to be based in Saudi Arabia. You will be reporting to the IT Director.
MEA Purpose: Provides day-to-day support of the desktop PCs, Local Area Network, servers and telephone systems located at the Company's Process Management facilities in the Western Region (Saudi Arabia and Bahrain). The tasks involved will include 2nd line user support, server maintenance and backups, account maintenance, PC installation, hardware specification, network monitoring, telephone system maintenance and infrastructure support. The incumbent will also assist in the management of all facilities in the Western region.
Specific Responsibilities: Monitor helpdesk calls and provide second-line end user support, Perform server maintenance and backups, Provide support for the specification, installation and maintenance of PC hardware and software, together with telephone systems, Local and Wide area network monitoring, Local Area Network management and configuration, Provide support for internal applications as appropriate, Ensure anti-virus and security patches are implemented in accordance with the company policies, Provide facilities management, Be aware of and reactive to any new products, developments and systems in the PC and server operations arenas that may be beneficial to the business.
Additional Responsibilities: Any task as deemed appropriate by the IT Director, Middle East and Africa.
