Quality Control Manager - UAE National

Our client, a semi government company in Abu Dhabi is looking to recruit a Quality Control Manager. The responsibilities include working with It to develop reports on service partners that pinpoint opportunities for improvement, reviewing existing processes for customer care and develop a quality check list for each process., performing internal quality calibration sessions with Service Partners, NOC, auditing trouble ticket data and developing reports on the SLA compliance for resolution of each ticket type, track performance information on provisioning data to identify training issues, developing a quality monitoring program for each Service Partner's installation network, develop and monitor reports on the efficiency in processing orders (e.g., initial order to install, service calls, etc.), tracking and reporting on Service Partner use of the installer certification program and report on installation, developing a ranking system that measures and ranks service partners on quality of installation, customer care, training, billing, and sales targets. The candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree and should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the telecom industry. The candidate should have good communication skills in English.
