Internal Sales Manager

Our Client a German Manufacturers of automotive spares parts and undercarriage equipment in the United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman and other Gulf countries are currently looking to recruit an Internal Sales Manager to be based in Dubai.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Developing and executing sales plans as part of the growth strategy of the Company maintain a high level of relationship with all clients and suppliers provide market intelligence to management for making profitable business decisions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Develop sales plan with profitability analysis and execute accordingly
-Develop commercial process highlight risks and implement mitigation measures
-Visit customers on a regular basis find ways to improve sales growth quarterly
-Recommend profitable price levels, credit limits and payment terms
-Provide management various monthly reports margins, back log, lost orders
-Prepare monthly analysis on fast moving and slow moving stock to ensure availability of adequate stock level of fast movinghigh margin items
-Provide guidance and support to sales support team as appropriate
-Communicate and negotiate with suppliers on orders
-Communicate and negotiate with customers on inquiries
-Develop key objectives with execution targets for quarterly measurement-Visit different locations in GCC for business growth as required
-Other tasks as assigned from time to time
